Return Policy

 

Bad Address/Refusals: If an order is returned due to a bad address on the PO, a credit will be issued less the return freight charge. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

 

Defective Returns: An RMA number is required, and must be requested within 90 days of the invoice date. All items must be returned in the original manufacturer’s packaging along with all parts, accessories and paperwork. Please indicate the issue causing the defect. A return label will be sent and a replacement shipped upon receipt of the defective unit.

 

Damages and Shortages: Please inspect the contents of your shipment immediately before signing for delivery or relocating. Damages and shortages must be reported within 3 days of delivery. Replacements, if reported within 3 days, will be sent out upon receipt of the damaged product.

 

EXCEPTIONS:

 

APPLE Products – Defective Apple products will need to be addressed with the nearest Apple Retail Store.
BULOVA WATCHES – Defective Bulova watches must be addressed with Bulova customer service 800-233-3350 or service@bulova.com
Citizen Watches – Defective Citizen watches must be addressed with Citizen customer service – 800-321-1023 x4234.
Sony Products – Defective Sony items will need to be addressed to Sony Customer Support. Sony Consumer Electronics – 239-768-7547; Outside USA 239-768-7676 Technical Support – 800-222-SONY – for products under warranty.

All TV’s 39” and above require in-home service before being returned. All items must be returned in the original manufacturer’s packaging along with all parts, accessories, and paperwork. Modified, damaged, or abused products will not be accepted for replacement or credit. Please refer to the manufacturer’s warranty on any defective items exceeding the initial 90 day period.

 

Cancellation of Orders: Requests for cancellations should be sent by email.

 

If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond with instructions for how to return items from your order.

 

 

 

Shipping

 

PIA Products can ship to the continental 48 states. Additional shipping charges will apply to shipment destinations including Alaska and Hawaii. Please allow 5-7 days for order processing before receiving a shipment notification. If you order multiple items and incur a backorder, items could ship separately. Also, please note items could ship from separate warehouses resulting in multiple tracking numbers.

 

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping rates based on your items and the shipping options you choose. Please include any shipping notes or preferences with your order.

 

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
